More activities and leadership roles that Vincent Issier was handling involved driving product strategy, project selection, and roadmap development for all Commercial Lasers products and Industrial diode Lasers. Being responsible for development activities across multiple development sites and production sites worldwide. Managing a Team of 6 Product Managers and Application Engineers along with many others, the best part is that Vincent Issier has proven himself at every point.
